Plans and billing

What counts as a document, how billing through Shopify works and what happens if you need more documents.

Billing runs through your Shopify invoice. You see your current plan and usage in the app’s overview under Plan & documents.

What counts as a document

  • Every finished invoice and every finished credit note counts.
  • Previews, drafts and downloads do not count.

Included documents and more

Every plan includes a number of documents per billing period. The included volume does not limit creation: Shopify bills further documents per document according to your plan. From 80% usage, the app points out that a larger plan may be cheaper.

The current plans are on the home page under pricing. They are provisional until the app is listed in the Shopify App Store; what Shopify shows you when choosing a plan is binding.

All features in every plan

Plans differ only in volume. Credit notes, e-invoice, validation report, export and customer account are included in every plan.
